I know, some of them are not intuitive. But it just proves again that doing like the crowd does may not be a smart path to take.
If you make these foods the center of your eating program, you
will flatten your abs surprisingly fast.
Some of these foods have side-kicks (substitutions) or (eaten together) that are also great.
