The Egg: this tiny three letter word strikes almost as much fear into the hearts of Americans as my other favorite “deadly” three-letter word: F-A-T.

Come on guys! It’s time to crack (sorry) the misconception that eggs are bad for our health, because they’re absolutely not.

I fell for this too. For many years I threw away the egg yolk thinking it was fattening and not good for my health. And yes I felt bad about throwing away the egg yolks. But I was convinced this would keep me lean and keep me healthy too.

I was so very wrong and what a terrible waist! I was throwing away

==>> nutrition with every egg yolk.

Then I began reading the information I’m about to share with you from all the top nutrition experts I respect and I knew they had to be right. Because it just makes sense.

I know many people who still think that you cannot eat more than one egg per day, or even more than 3 eggs per week because if you do, you’ll develop

==>> high blood cholesterol levels and fatty arteries.

But, according to all the top nutrition experts, this could not be farther from the truth.

BTW, regular store-bought eggs from big egg factory farms are not as nutritious as those you get from

==>> organic free range eggs.

(If you can, find a local farmer who sells eggs fresh from their free-roaming insect-eating hens as nature intended.)

Look, when you discard the egg yolk and only have the egg white, you’re cheating yourself. You’re denying your body and essentially throwing out the most nutrient dense, antioxidant-rich, vitamin and mineral loaded portion of the egg. The yolks contain so many B-vitamins, trace minerals, vitamin A, folate, choline, lutein, and other powerful nutrients… Check it out for yourself. It’s way too much to list here.

According to Mike Geary, (top nutrition expert) says that “egg whites are almost devoid of nutrition compared to the yolks.”

I can even argue that eating the whole egg (including the yolk) will help you get lean since some experts believe that obesity is related to a chronic state of mal-nourishment. Some folks are over fed and under nourished and holding on to the falsehood that egg yolks are going to kill you is another sad part of the obesity issue.

Makes me hungry just talking about egged since the whole egg is so much better than just the anemic egg white.
