Did Coca Cola Really Kill Someone?

Did you see the news article about the 30 year-old woman who died suddenly from drinking almost 2 gallons of Coca-Cola a day?

She nor her partner thought anything about her massive soft drink habit even though she drank it first thing and all through the day and the last thing she did before bed.

According to the news story, she’d be moody if she didn’t have it, and she vomited regularly as well.

Yet, she, nor her partner knew that Coca-Cola was not healthy. The partner said that he thought it was as harmless as drinking water.

If you think that soft drinks (diet or regular) are okay to drink, please read this revealing post I wrote a couple of months ago.

My overall response to this story may surprise you.

I do not blame Coca-Cola here.

I know her partner does.

I do not blame Coca-Cola at all.

Coca-Cola is not a person or entity that comes to your house and makes you drink it… It’s an individual personal choice. They exist because massive numbers of people want it.

Believe me. If there was no one who wanted Coca-Cola or any other fake food they would close up shop in a heart beat.

These big giant corporations do not and cannot care about you or me. That’s our job…

We all need to learn how to take care of our own bodies. Yes, of course sometimes I Wish we lived in a world with no temptations. No way to make mistakes. No dangers. A place where no harm comes to us.

Well, this world is not designed to be a paradise.

Sometimes we need to remind our selves of this truth.

We need to learn how to take care of our own health. What is deeply troubling to me is this couples utter ignorance of items like Coca-Cola.

I wonder what else her diet consisted of… Don’t get me wrong. I feel bad for her families’ loss. Her 8 children certainly must be young. Way to young too lose their mommy.

Yet, she can serve as a sad example of how really dangerous fake food of all kinds are. Including coca-cola.

Let this be a good lesson for all of us.

Let’s not blame food manufacturers, coke or cigarette companies, or anyone or anything. Let’s grow up and learn how to live right and eat right for our own unique body and soul.

Companies that sell unhealthy dangerous items will go out of business if there is no market for them. So, let your wallet do the talking.

BTW, this is why I have this blog. To hopefully bring information to readers who are ready to learn and to make healthy dietary changes.

What do you think?

Are you surprised this happened?

Are you drinking coke or any soft drink with tons of sugar and fake ingredients?

What about those so-called “healthy” energy drinks?
