Ten Super Foods Series: More on Acai

You’ve been hearing and reading about this new-found wonder berry Acai on Oprah, from the internet, and in the health magazines. So you may be wondering how and where to get it.

In my previous post I described it and told you where it originates. Now let’s talk about the benefits of Acai.
