“What”? Obesity in Kindergarteners? Sadly, yes, it’s true.
I was talking to one of my sisters about this article. She was also surprised. I mean, when you were a kid do you remember lots of other kids in your class that were terribly heavy?
I know. We remember a few heavy kids. But not like you see now.

Here’s one more unsettling stat… By 2020, the vast majority of adults in America will be overweight or obese and more than half will suffer from diabetes or pre-diabetic conditions. This stat came from projections made by Northwestern Medicine researchers at the American Heart Association.
What’s causing this terrible trend?
There are likely many factors making us fat, but here’s one important factor you have complete control over. The simple reason we are getting more and more unhealthy and fat is that most people eat the typical western diet. And this means processed junky food with little to no nutrition that makes you fat, and sick..
This is the kind of junk food I’m talking about.
I read recently that 90% of all dollars go towards this junky, processed food like frozen dinners, fast food, packaged mixes etc..
So many of us don’t really know what a healthy meal looks like anymore. Or, have a good source for healthy meal ideas.
Want to see some easy, quick, healthy meal ideas?
Look, this is a trend you can change because it starts with you. You can get the lean body you want. Do not be one of the statistics we will read about in 2020.
