According to science research, Chronic inflammation unfortunately effects most adults over age 35. This is pretty staggering…

 

This kind of inflammation is something you cannot see. It’s internal, unseen, and dangerous. Your doctor knows you have Chronic inflammation when you are there in his office.

 

Science now believes that chronic inflammation is at the root of most serious degenerative diseases So most medical appointments are rooted in the fact you probably have chronic inflammation do to the fact that you are eating the 2 foods listed below.

 

Why? Because this constant internal irritation to your tissues, organs, and your blood vessels adversely effects your body slowly, over time.

 

And, BTW, chronic inflammation is the culprit behind much of the obesity issues we see all over the world.

Sugar makes it hard to get a lean body, lose weight, get a flat tummy, and now we know it makes you sick and also causes premature aging.

The good news is that it’s not about banishing sugar from your diet entirely, as healthy foods like fruits contain it naturally. Instead the big goal is to eliminate it from all sources you possibly can, so you are only getting it from the natural whole foods like fruit.

Try to avoid table sugar, brown sugar, raw sugar, maple syrup, sorghum syrup, rice syrup, molasses, corn sweetener, liquid cane sugar, dextrose, fructose, glucose, and any other word that ends in an “ose”, barley malt, and concentrated fruit juice, for example. Watch labels carefully for these and other sugar sources.

 

Food #2 to get out of your diet is Hydrogenated Fats / Trans Fats

 

Think of these as artificial man-made fats, and think of them as extremely bad for you! In addition to promoting inflammation, trans fats promote insulin resistance, high cholesterol, and obesity.

 

Where do you find trans fats? They are prevalent in deep-fried foods, commercial baked goods, and fast foods. Watch food labels carefully – and keep in mind in the U.S that foods containing less than .5g of trans fat can be called trans fat free. Avoid margarine, vegetable shortening, and partially hydrogenated oil … watch labels for these, because even if it doesn’t list any trans fat, if it contains these, it likely has some!

 

And, guess what, most fast food or commercially bakery type foods have both of these chemicals that make you have the dangerous belly fat I talk about here.

 

Look don’t get discouraged.

 

Cleaning up your diet can take time. It has taken me several years to slowly make these major changes.

 

Don’t expect to make these changes overnight.

 

But once you do, you will feel better. Look better. Get a flat belly. And more importantly, you will be making a big effort to stay young, lean, and healthy as you age.
