Why You Should Eat Brownies – Courtesy of the Diet Solution Program

At LeanBodyWorks I write a lot about how getting a lean body and eating healthy meals and snacks do not have to mean “bland boring cardboard” food.

Maybe this was true 30 years ago.

Not so now.

Get on this band wagon and learn how to eat yummy, delicious healthy food and lose weight too.

So many people are finally realizing that healthy eating for weight loss does NOT have to mean deprivation.

Today, I’m talking about desserts… specifically brownies!

Listen, long gone are the days where trying to lose weight has to mean never eating a sweet treat ever again.

Stick around for more healthy dessert ideas you can start using to help you kick your

to the curb!

BTW, almost everything I know I have learned from The Diet Solution Program. Isabel De Los Rios.

Isabel and I have tons of things in common. One of them is loving our desserts.

She loves sharing them with us and loves even more to give my readers a special deal on “how to eat” to lose weight program.

Yes, to lose weight you must, must eat.

Eat the right kind of healthy food.

Now, let’s make these to-die-for brownies:

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients

>3 large eggs
> 3 tbsp melted butter
> 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
> 1/4 cup cocoa powder
> 1/8 tsp salt
>2 tsp vanilla
> 5 tbsp steviva blend (you can use honey or maple syrup, adjust amount to taste)
> 2 oz of extra dark chocolate (cut into chunks)
> 2 dashes of cayenne pepper (yes cayenne pepper :) it really compliments the chocolate)
> Nuts (optional)
> 1 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor except chocolate chunks (and nuts if using). Blend until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks (and nuts, if using). Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper, greased with coconut oil. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes 16 brownies, 2 brownies is a serving.

Everyone loves a treat and if you know how to use smart ingredients like the ones above, you can replace the highly processed junk with delicious healthy desserts.

However, to be successful and lose weight permanently, we all need a blueprint to follow with ideas, recipes, and support.
