I know you want a lean body as fast as possible and some say a low carb diet will get you there with super fast weight loss.
Frankly the low carb or no carb diet will certainly help you loose weight. There’s nothing new here. Remember Dr. Atkins? His Nutritional Approach (or “Atkins Diet”), has revived in popularity but it was and still remains a very controversial way of dieting.

Are low carb diets good for everyone?
I’ve done a lot of research and when you listen to top experts like Isabel De Los Rios Of the Diet Solution Program eating in any extreme way is not natural. The low carb way of eating which eliminates all carbs will shock your body in to losing weight, but most people cannot adhere to this long-term no carb/low carb diet.
I’m also convinced by experts like Isabel that we all fall in to a specific nutrition type. For instance, some of us need to have more complex carbohydrates in our daily eating plan. And if we do not, we feel slow. Lethargic. Run down. And we end up back with our old eating habits… Can you say tons of “processed food”!

FUN FACT: Did you know that DR Atkins developed the low carb diet after he gained tons of weight on the standard American Diet (SAD)? In other words, a junk food diet.
